Final Development Trials of the Indigenous ULPGM-V3 Missile

Integration of Sweden into India’s Shukrayaan Venus Orbiter Mission



  • Sweden formally joined India's Shukrayaan Venus mission to develop the Venusian Neutrals Analyser (VNA) to study solar wind interactions.

  • The Rs 1,236 crore mission will launch on an LVM-3 rocket, carry 19 scientific payloads, and is expected to arrive at Venus by July 2028.
